Description

The Kodiak 100 Series II is a high-wing, single-engine turboprop aircraft, capable of transporting up to 9 passengers or cargo up to a distance of 1,132nm. Equipped with the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-34 engine flat-rated at 750shp, the aircraft is capable of taking off and landing in less than 350ft, enabling it to operate from small, unprepared airstrips all over the world!
Created with the help of Daher and real Kodiak pilots, the SWS Kodiak comes in four different wheeled variants, featuring 40 different liveries, authentic flight dynamics and high quality systems modelling!

– Modified panel.cfg so that the WTG1000 NXi is used by default
– Activated manual override lever
– Flight model modifications
– Added delay in engine stress counter to avoid failures when MSFS begins with overspeeding engines
– Reduced engine replacement threshold to 2250h
– Corrected typo in propeller performance tables
– Added tables for 1.4 and -10 degrees of prop pitch
– Implemented beta range logic
– Fixed bugs with engine age counter and failure system
– Modified throttle lever code and re-animated
– Changed LOD2 screens to use dynamic G1000 displays
– Modified ITT peak temperature for startup
– Added residual ITT simulation. If you don’t let the engine cool down after a start, your ITT will start at that temperature and increase
– Fixed logic in timers in failure & ITT logic so that they are consistent when MSFS downgrades the update rates
– Fixed Ng redline limit in damage modelling
– Reduced the number of AI Kodiaks to a total of 6, down from 20
– Improved autopilot PIDs to better intercept localiser
